我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫徹(che)德智體美(mei)勞全(quan)面(mian)發展的黨的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方針(zhen),全(quan)面(mian)落實《中(zhong)共中(zhong)央 國(guo)務院關于全(quan)面(mian)加(jia)強新時代(dai)大(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的意見》精神,大(da)力提升高(gao)等職業院校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生勞動素養,形成體現時代(dai)要求(qiu)、符合(he)育(yu)(yu)人規律、彰顯高(gao)職院校(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色的勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體系,8月25日至8月28日,由(you)我校(xiao)(xiao)和中(zhong)國(guo)勞動關系學(xue)院勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)心主辦、創想(xiang)家科技(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(深圳(zhen))有限(xian)公司協辦的2020年全(quan)國(guo)職業院校(xiao)(xiao)勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導師研修班(ban)(中(zhong)級),在線上會議平臺成功舉(ju)辦。

為(wei)優化勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)師(shi)資供(gong)給,本(ben)次教師(shi)培訓除了邀請(qing)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)領域(yu)相關知名(ming)學者外,基于勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)本(ben)身特質,還邀請(qing)了企業代表擔(dan)任課程(cheng)授課講師(shi)。共有來自廣(guang)東、廣(guang)西(xi)(xi)、貴州、湖南、江(jiang)蘇、內蒙古、陜(shan)西(xi)(xi)、浙江(jiang)等14所(suo)職業院校(xiao)近30名(ming)老師(shi)參加培訓。

 培訓期(qi)間,學(xue)員們分別觀摩了中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系學(xue)院(yuan)劉(liu)麗紅副(fu)校(xiao)長、我校(xiao)人(ren)文學(xue)院(yuan)張克副(fu)院(yuan)長、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系學(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)印副(fu)教(jiao)授(shou)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)美(mei)術(shu)學(xue)院(yuan)杜(du)銘秋副(fu)教(jiao)授(shou)、優必選(xuan)人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能教(jiao)研(yan)負責(ze)人(ren)郭子琦、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系學(xue)院(yuan)李珂教(jiao)授(shou)、廣(guang)東海涵(han)律(lv)師(shi)(shi)事務所主(zhu)任律(lv)師(shi)(shi)吳小波主(zhu)講(jiang)的(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)歷(li)史演變、政策解讀(du)與(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze)與(yu)倫理(li)——如何更(geng)好的(de)(de)理(li)解體面(mian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)素質能力提升”“職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)課程(cheng)設(she)計——臺(tai)灣勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)發展與(yu)實踐”“人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能時代下(xia)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)融合機制”“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)安全風險(xian)與(yu)應(ying)對政策”七(qi)堂課。專(zhuan)家們表(biao)示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)政策的(de)(de)進一步推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)將更(geng)加專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)化且惠及更(geng)多(duo)學(xue)生(sheng),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資則面(mian)臨(lin)極大的(de)(de)挑戰。從長遠來看,應(ying)開設(she)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye),培養勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)才。短期(qi)內,應(ying)根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)校(xiao)目前師(shi)(shi)資情況采(cai)取多(duo)種措施,建立專(zhuan)兼職(zhi)(zhi)相(xiang)(xiang)結合的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資隊(dui)伍。

同時,為深入(ru)了解(jie)目前高職(zhi)院校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育開(kai)(kai)展情況,今(jin)年(nian)3月,我校(xiao)聯合創(chuang)想家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)育科技(深圳)有(you)限公司,對覆(fu)蓋生(sheng)源地30個(ge)省、自治(zhi)區、直轄市(shi)的學生(sheng)及來(lai)自全(quan)國14所高職(zhi)院校(xiao)的老師(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)展《全(quan)國高職(zhi)院校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育現狀調查報(bao)告藍(lan)皮書》專項問卷調研。經過5個(ge)月的立項、調研論證、問卷發放及回收(shou)、電話訪談記錄、數據清洗與甄別等,共回收(shou)有(you)效(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)問卷221份,學生(sheng)問卷2101份,教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)訪談記錄25份。

調研專家組成員范苗就調研報(bao)告中(zhong)學(xue)生素(su)養現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)、目前勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)開展(zhan)(zhan)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題、師資建(jian)(jian)設(she)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與實習(xi)實訓相結(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與校園文化建(jian)(jian)設(she)相結(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與社(she)會服(fu)務相結(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題等(deng)內(nei)容進行(xing)分(fen)享,讓研修班的(de)(de)學(xue)員們(men)從數據(ju)中(zhong)更科學(xue)更全面(mian)的(de)(de)了解目前勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)在高(gao)職院校中(zhong)開展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)情況。

研(yan)修班4天的(de)(de)課程涵蓋勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理(li)論(lun)(lun)知(zhi)識、相關(guan)政策導讀(du)、實(shi)際課程案(an)例分析、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)相關(guan)法律知(zhi)識普及、人工智能(neng)下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)等多個方面,最后以電子(zi)考(kao)卷(juan)的(de)(de)形(xing)式對學(xue)員們進行考(kao)核(he)。參訓學(xue)員紛紛表示,將以本次(ci)研(yan)究班為新的(de)(de)起點,進一步加強理(li)論(lun)(lun)學(xue)習,重(zhong)塑勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)觀,為所屬高(gao)職(zhi)院校開展勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作貢獻力量;并希望這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)訓能(neng)夠(gou)制度化、常(chang)態(tai)化,進一步豐富(fu)培(pei)(pei)訓內(nei)容,在(zai)條件(jian)允許的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下(xia)(xia),安排線(xian)下(xia)(xia)培(pei)(pei)訓課,加入(ru)動(dong)(dong)手(shou)實(shi)踐實(shi)操環節,將勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)精神(shen)貫穿師資培(pei)(pei)訓始(shi)終。
