

以“數字職教建設 共商共建共享”為主題的2020年“一帶一路”職業教育國際研討會在深圳召開。
11月26-27日,以“數(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)建設 共商共建共享”為主題(ti)的(de)2020年(nian)“一帶(dai)(dai)一路(lu)(lu)”職(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)國(guo)際(ji)研討(tao)會(hui)(hui)在深(shen)(shen)圳召開。來自26個國(guo)家和地區政(zheng)府部門、院校機構、行業企(qi)業的(de)近300名專家學者齊聚線上線下,共商數(shu)字(zi)經濟時代“一帶(dai)(dai)一路(lu)(lu)”國(guo)家職(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)機遇與挑戰(zhan),發布了《深(shen)(shen)圳倡議》。這是繼2018年(nian)首(shou)次 “一帶(dai)(dai)一路(lu)(lu)”職(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)國(guo)際(ji)研討(tao)會(hui)(hui)成功舉辦以來,職(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)領(ling)域的(de)又一場高規格國(guo)際(ji)盛會(hui)(hui)。

凝聚數字職教共識 深化數字職教實踐 加快共商共建共享

中國職業技術教育學會會長魯昕發表致辭。
魯昕在致辭(ci)中(zhong)談到(dao),今年以來,全球疫情蔓延,世界經濟低迷,隨著新(xin)一輪(lun)科(ke)技革命和(he)(he)產業變革深(shen)入發(fa)展,國(guo)(guo)際力(li)量對比深(shen)刻(ke)調整,和(he)(he)平的(de)發(fa)展仍然是時(shi)代的(de)主(zhu)題,人類(lei)命運共同體的(de)理念深(shen)入人心。在此背(bei)景下,堅(jian)定不移(yi)的(de)深(shen)化改革、擴(kuo)大開(kai)放顯得尤為重要。統籌國(guo)(guo)內國(guo)(guo)際兩個大局,科(ke)學(xue)應變、主(zhu)動求變,是中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)面(mian)臨新(xin)的(de)國(guo)(guo)際形(xing)勢和(he)(he)環境(jing)形(xing)勢作出的(de)戰略安排(pai)。
魯昕以詳(xiang)實(shi)的(de)數(shu)據梳理(li)了自2013年“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)路(lu)”合(he)作倡議提出以來,教育領域取得(de)的(de)各項(xiang)顯著(zhu)成(cheng)就(jiu),并(bing)表示(shi)中國職(zhi)業教育應繼續圍繞共(gong)建“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)路(lu)”,對接(jie)所在國家的(de)產(chan)業需求,通過學歷教育與職(zhi)業培訓相結(jie)合(he)的(de)方式,培養更(geng)多高素(su)質(zhi)的(de)技術技能(neng)人(ren)才。
在(zai)簡(jian)要闡(chan)述了中國(guo)(guo)(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)學會對接科技進步、深(shen)化產(chan)教(jiao)(jiao)融合的(de)具體舉措后(hou),魯昕(xin)表示,學會將充分利用(yong)(yong)“一帶(dai)一路”職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育國(guo)(guo)(guo)際研討會平臺,積極發(fa)揮新(xin)時代智(zhi)庫型(xing)學會作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),愿(yuan)與“一帶(dai)一路”沿線(xian)各(ge)國(guo)(guo)(guo)、各(ge)地(di)區一起(qi),凝(ning)聚數(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)共(gong)(gong)(gong)識,深(shen)化數(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)實踐,加快(kuai)數(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享,共(gong)(gong)(gong)同應對當前職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)全(quan)球挑(tiao)戰,推動構建人類命運(yun)共(gong)(gong)(gong)同體。魯昕(xin)提出,此次會議聯合26個國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)和(he)地(di)區發(fa)布《深(shen)圳倡議》,必(bi)將為全(quan)面實現(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育數(shu)字(zi)化轉型(xing)、數(shu)字(zi)化升級、數(shu)字(zi)化發(fa)展(zhan)和(he)數(shu)字(zi)化建設,凝(ning)聚共(gong)(gong)(gong)識,指明方向(xiang),為推動“一帶(dai)一路”域內國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)和(he)地(di)區職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育高質量發(fa)展(zhan)做出更大的(de)貢獻。

Soo-Hyang Choi表(biao)示,今年的大會將主題定為(wei)“數(shu)字職教”正(zheng)當其時。數(shu)字化(hua)是近年來(lai)職教領域面臨(lin)的重大變化(hua)與(yu)(yu)挑戰,疫情期間網絡教學的廣泛(fan)應用(yong),也(ye)表(biao)明數(shu)字技(ji)術能為(wei)學習者創(chuang)造更多元、更靈活(huo)的學習體驗(yan)(yan)。她同時指出,數(shu)字職教不僅(jin)僅(jin)只是新技(ji)術的引入與(yu)(yu)應用(yong),還(huan)應注重促進創(chuang)新和改變思維方(fang)式(shi)。她感謝會議主辦(ban)方(fang)為(wei)“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”職業教育搭(da)建了國際交流與(yu)(yu)合作的平臺,希望與(yu)(yu)會嘉賓(bin)能利用(yong)這次機會,互(hu)學互(hu)鑒數(shu)字職教建設的獨到(dao)見解與(yu)(yu)先(xian)進經驗(yan)(yan)。

本次(ci)研討會(hui)內(nei)容(rong)豐富,形式新(xin)穎(ying),分為開幕(mu)式、主(zhu)旨報告、前沿(yan)對(dui)話、校企對(dui)話和(he)閉幕(mu)式等(deng)(deng)5個(ge)版塊,邀請了國內(nei)外近(jin)30位政府官員、專家(jia)和(he)學者,圍繞數(shu)字職(zhi)(zhi)教助力(li)全球供(gong)應(ying)(ying)鏈、職(zhi)(zhi)業教育(yu)助推(tui)新(xin)一代信息技術(shu)應(ying)(ying)用落(luo)地、5G應(ying)(ying)用細分中的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業教育(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)業教育(yu)數(shu)字化轉(zhuan)型的(de)探索與實踐等(deng)(deng)主(zhu)題展開深度對(dui)話,共(gong)同探討“一帶一路”背(bei)景下數(shu)字職(zhi)(zhi)教建(jian)設(she)方略(lve),推(tui)動(dong)全球職(zhi)(zhi)業教育(yu)事業創新(xin)和(he)發展。
