魯(lu)昕(xin)列(lie)舉了(le)人社部(bu)發布(bu)的(de)數字(zi)經(jing)濟背景下市場需求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)迫切(qie)的(de)39個(ge)新職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye),通(tong)過分析(xi)新職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)、新知(zhi)識(shi)、新技術(shu)、新技能(neng)(neng),突顯出工作場景變化對“雙高(gao)”專業(ye)建設(she)提出的(de)要求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)。最后,魯(lu)昕(xin)通(tong)過對工信部(bu)人才交(jiao)流(liu)中心發布(bu)的(de)《工業(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)人才崗位能(neng)(neng)力要求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)》分析(xi),展(zhan)示(shi)了(le)工業(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)人才8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗位的(de)4項能(neng)(neng)力要求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu),系(xi)統總結了(le)人工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發展(zhan)對高(gao)等教育動手能(neng)(neng)力數字(zi)化和(he)實(shi)訓基地虛擬(ni)化轉型的(de)呼喚。
魯昕希(xi)望,在(zai)“雙區”建設(she)的背景下(xia),“雙高(gao)”建設(she)的過程(cheng)中(zhong),深職院作為“雙高(gao)”中(zhong)的“雙高(gao)”,要(yao)充分(fen)探討如何在(zai)粵港澳大(da)灣區的政策(ce)環境、在(zai)新一代信息技術的創新文化(hua)、在(zai)深職院的工科特色(se)中(zhong)發揮積(ji)極作用,構建新知識(shi)體系(xi)(xi),構建新課程(cheng)體系(xi)(xi),顛覆(fu)專業(ye)結構,培養復(fu)合性人才,成為名(ming)副其實的世界一流職業(ye)技術學院。
