
1月11日,深圳職業(ye)技術學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)“專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)1.0版(ban)”正式發(fa)布(bu)。黨委(wei)書(shu)記(ji)、校長楊欣斌(bin)在本學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)主(zhu)任能力提升培(pei)訓班上表示(shi),專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)(shi)指導(dao)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實施的工(gong)作(zuo)指南,是(shi)(shi)促(cu)(cu)進專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)內涵發(fa)展的根本保障,是(shi)(shi)檢驗(yan)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)的質量(liang)基準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),對(dui)于促(cu)(cu)進職業(ye)教育高質量(liang)發(fa)展、提升教育教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量(liang)具有(you)重要(yao)的基礎性作(zuo)用。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校要(yao)以“專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)1.0版(ban)”為(wei)基礎,不斷迭(die)代完善專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),并(bing)開(kai)發(fa)課程標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)、實訓實習標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),技能等(deng)級(ji)證書(shu)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),形成具有(you)世(shi)界一流水準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和深職特色的教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)體系(xi),為(wei)打造技術技能人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)高地奠定堅實基礎。
2019—2020學(xue)(xue)年度,為切實(shi)(shi)落實(shi)(shi)國家(jia)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教育(yu)教學(xue)(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設(she)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu),主動適應粵港澳大灣區及(ji)深圳產業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展重大需求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu),大力(li)推進(jin)數字化時(shi)(shi)代專業(ye)(ye)與課程轉(zhuan)型升(sheng)級,持(chi)續提(ti)升(sheng)人才培養質量,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)黨委高度重視、大力(li)推進(jin)專業(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設(she)工(gong)作。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)兩次召開教學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作專項會(hui)議進(jin)行(xing)頂層設(she)計和專題研究,提(ti)出了專業(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設(she)的(de)總(zong)(zong)體思路和明確(que)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)。校(xiao)(xiao)領(ling)導多次主持(chi)召開調(diao)度會(hui),及(ji)時(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)結標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)研制過程中的(de)經(jing)驗和存在的(de)不足。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)成(cheng)立由教務處(chu)牽頭的(de)專業(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設(she)辦公室,設(she)置五個專家(jia)工(gong)作組,聯合一(yi)批職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教育(yu)專家(jia)、一(yi)線(xian)教師、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)專家(jia),共同(tong)研制對接國家(jia)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)、凸(tu)顯學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特色、適應新時(shi)(shi)代技術技能人才培養要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)的(de)專業(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。
此項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)歷時一(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)有(you)余,大致(zhi)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)四個(ge)階段(duan):一(yi)是(shi)模(mo)板研(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)階段(duan)(2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)—2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月(yue)(yue)(yue))。教務(wu)處組織有(you)關(guan)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)和電子信(xin)息(xi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)、通信(xin)技(ji)術(shu)、商務(wu)英語等(deng)(deng)三個(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)團隊,研(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)形(xing)成了(le)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)模(mo)板及樣例。二是(shi)培(pei)訓研(yan)(yan)(yan)討(tao)階段(duan)(2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)—4月(yue)(yue)(yue))。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)出臺《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和課程(cheng)(cheng)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)指引》《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和課程(cheng)(cheng)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實施(shi)方案》,對(dui)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵進行(xing)深(shen)入解讀與研(yan)(yan)(yan)討(tao),對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進行(xing)了(le)全面(mian)部(bu)署。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)團隊深(shen)入各(ge)二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院進行(xing)培(pei)訓指導(dao)。三是(shi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制(zhi)訂(ding)階段(duan)(2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)—7月(yue)(yue)(yue))。在(zai)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)組指導(dao)下(xia),各(ge)二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院組織進行(xing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)培(pei)訓、調研(yan)(yan)(yan)、研(yan)(yan)(yan)討(tao)與制(zhi)訂(ding)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。79個(ge)招生專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制(zhi)訂(ding)全部(bu)完(wan)成。四是(shi)審(shen)(shen)定完(wan)善階段(duan)(2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)—2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)11月(yue)(yue)(yue))。通過二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院內(nei)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)交(jiao)叉審(shen)(shen)定和專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)組專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)審(shen)(shen)定相結合(he)的(de)(de)(de)方式,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)對(dui)各(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)進行(xing)了(le)層(ceng)層(ceng)審(shen)(shen)核,各(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)依據專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)意見進行(xing)了(le)修改完(wan)善,形(xing)成最終稿。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)1.0版共分(fen)(fen)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)描述、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)面(mian)向、培(pei)養目標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)、培(pei)養規格、課程(cheng)(cheng)設置及學(xue)(xue)(xue)時安(an)排、畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)要求、教學(xue)(xue)(xue)基本條件、質量保障體(ti)(ti)(ti)系、其他事(shi)項(xiang)說明等(deng)(deng)九大部(bu)分(fen)(fen),其體(ti)(ti)(ti)例在(zai)遵循教育部(bu)發(fa)布的(de)(de)(de)《高(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(試行(xing))》的(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang),整合(he)了(le)相關(guan)條目,豐(feng)富了(le)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)內(nei)容,各(ge)項(xiang)具體(ti)(ti)(ti)指標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)均高(gao)(gao)于國家(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),并為(wei)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)提供彈性空間,力求凸顯專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)、特色化(hua),較好地(di)體(ti)(ti)(ti)現了(le)數(shu)字經濟背景下(xia)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)時代(dai)性、先(xian)進性和高(gao)(gao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。
同時,根據專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學標(biao)準1.0版,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)務處(chu)組織制訂(ding)了2020級(ji)人才培(pei)養(yang)方(fang)案,選編(bian)了71門課(ke)程(cheng)標(biao)準。隨(sui)著(zhu)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)轉型(xing)升級(ji)步(bu)(bu)伐加快和職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的新要求,在人才培(pei)養(yang)模式改革(ge)、產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融合、課(ke)程(cheng)設(she)置、“雙師”隊伍建設(she)、“1+ X”證書開發(fa)(fa)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學資(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)、專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)質量(liang)評(ping)價、國際化發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)等方(fang)面,各專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)還要進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)深入調研,不(bu)斷強化專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)內(nei)涵挖掘與研究(jiu),持續迭代完善專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學標(biao)準,為人才培(pei)養(yang)方(fang)案修訂(ding)、課(ke)程(cheng)標(biao)準制訂(ding)提(ti)供(gong)科學的引(yin)領,為學校轉型(xing)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、創新發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)奠定堅實(shi)的基(ji)礎(chu)。
