圖書(shu)(shu)特有的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化底(di)蘊和(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化地位,對(dui)整(zheng)個社會(hui)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化大發展,甚而對(dui)經(jing)濟、科研(yan)(yan)、社會(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方(fang)面的(de)進(jin)步起著舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)作(zuo)用。圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)作(zuo)為(wei)古今中外(wai)最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)藏書(shu)(shu)場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化天(tian)地,肩負著特別的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化使(shi)命(ming)和(he)任務。高校(xiao)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在為(wei)教學科研(yan)(yan)服務的(de)同時,更有著直接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)使(shi)命(ming)。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養“復合(he)式創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)型高素質高技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職(zhi)業院校提(ti)出(chu)的(de)新(xin)(xin)要(yao)求,符合(he)市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)型技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)新(xin)(xin)變(bian)化,也切合(he)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)未來(lai)發展(zhan)的(de)方向。全面(mian)推進“文化育人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復合(he)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養模式改革,對(dui)職(zhi)業院校的(de)發展(zhan)與教(jiao)育教(jiao)學提(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)(xin)的(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了新(xin)(xin)型技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培育的(de)復雜性。作為傳統(tong)的(de)文化主體(ti)部(bu)門、教(jiao)學輔(fu)助單(dan)位(wei),圖書館理(li)當(dang)主動參與到文化育人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入(ru)落實“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化育(yu)人”的(de)人才培養(yang)理念,一方面要求圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化升華拓展,衍(yan)進到書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化,進而推動書(shu)(shu)香校園(yuan),促進校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化大發展,另(ling)一方面也從文(wen)(wen)(wen)化建設的(de)角度(du)對(dui)圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)具體(ti)工作提出(chu)了(le)新的(de)要求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)是(shi)圖書(shu)(shu)館永(yong)恒的主(zhu)題(ti),今(jin)后應有三個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)重點抓好特色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)。圖書(shu)(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),是(shi)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的基礎。為形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源的針對性(xing)(xing)、有效性(xing)(xing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特色,應進一(yi)步與(yu)(yu)學校各(ge)部門及校外(wai)單位合作(zuo),加強合作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源、特色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)如職業素(su)養(yang)、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的收藏(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成規模,就進行(xing)歸納(na)整(zheng)理,集(ji)中收藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日(ri)常采(cai)購中,應有意識地進行(xing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)采(cai)購,形(xing)成特色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)(shu)。也可(ke)發揮(hui)博物(wu)(wu)館功(gong)能,收集(ji)地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物(wu)(wu)質遺產(chan),接受私(si)人專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)成專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)數據庫或特藏(zang)室。
2、優(you)化(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館是服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳(chuan)統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館的(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代(dai)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館的(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)(geng)注重文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)性,通(tong)過服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生,通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優(you)化(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)、個(ge)(ge)性化(hua),日常應建(jian)立一套基本的(de)能(neng)滿(man)足讀(du)者需求的(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基礎(chu)上,要(yao)強化(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)個(ge)(ge)性化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教(jiao)師(shi)或重點團隊在縱深層次(ci)的(de)教(jiao)學科研(yan)活動(dong)(dong)中對(dui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)個(ge)(ge)性需求,其次(ci)要(yao)在服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法(fa)上下功夫,引進新技術讓(rang)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更(geng)(geng)高,服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更(geng)(geng)廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊(liao)天群、手(shou)機圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館、虛擬(ni)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館等,促進與讀(du)者的(de)信(xin)息交(jiao)流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)互動(dong)(dong)。
3、廣(guang)開(kai)(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是(shi)校園師(shi)生最重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚集之地。面向未(wei)來,我(wo)們提出除了(le)要(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建成資源信(xin)息中(zhong)心(xin)之外(wai),還要(yao)建成學(xue)(xue)習交流中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)和(he)宣傳(chuan)教育中(zhong)心(xin),實現(xian)由(you)傳(chuan)統大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現(xian)代、新(xin)型(xing)大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)實際(ji)上賦(fu)予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)拓寬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺,成為學(xue)(xue)校育人的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)渠道(dao)。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在(zai)做好常(chang)規(gui)服務的(de)(de)(de)同時,大量舉(ju)辦主(zhu)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙(sha)龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和(he)技能比賽等,保(bao)持(chi)了(le)館(guan)(guan)內每月有新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與師(shi)生建立了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)內各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校園,并且走出校門,配(pei)合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)生的(de)(de)(de)專題活(huo)動(dong),開(kai)(kai)展書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務。

文化育人與(yu)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)育人、復合(he)育人是(shi)緊密聯系的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)時期(qi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)文化育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),關(guan)鍵也在(zai)于協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie),即協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)調、協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)、協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)助(zhu),強調的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)、互助(zhu)、配(pei)合(he),是(shi)相(xiang)(xiang)互的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)支持與(yu)補充(chong)。同(tong)(tong)(tong),即同(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)力,強調的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)目標、共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)利(li)益,齊心(xin)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)力。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)與(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)結合(he),注重的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)整體創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),系統(tong)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),強調的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)全員(yuan)力量(liang),相(xiang)(xiang)互配(pei)合(he)。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文化育人工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),首先要(yao)(yao)(yao)準確定位(wei),不(bu)越位(wei)。在(zai)學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)總體創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)配(pei)角(jiao),做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)信息(xi)基礎資(zi)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)保障服(fu)(fu)務(wu)。能(neng)(neng)保持清醒的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頭腦,又持有(you)熱情的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)態度(du),認真做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)自身工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。其次要(yao)(yao)(yao)謀求主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),不(bu)被動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)過(guo)程是(shi)一(yi)個復雜的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)(xiang)互聯動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時常動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)態變(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程,在(zai)某一(yi)方面某一(yi)時刻,創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)度(du)、主(zhu)體可(ke)能(neng)(neng)會發(fa)(fa)生變(bian)化,配(pei)角(jiao)也可(ke)能(neng)(neng)變(bian)為主(zhu)角(jiao)。從(cong)系統(tong)工(gong)(gong)程看,任(ren)何一(yi)個部(bu)分(fen)都(dou)(dou)是(shi)非常重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),配(pei)角(jiao)或輔助(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)沒做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao),必將影響(xiang)整個創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)效果。同(tong)(tong)(tong)時,在(zai)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中還有(you)一(yi)個工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)態度(du)問題,對配(pei)角(jiao)或輔助(zhu)單位(wei)來說,我們應(ying)(ying)當持一(yi)種主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、積極的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)態度(du)參(can)與(yu)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she)應(ying)(ying)當是(shi)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)溝通(tong)教(jiao)學(xue)科研人員(yuan),主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)聽取使用(yong)主(zhu)體意見(jian),主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)建設(she)(she)。對外服(fu)(fu)務(wu)應(ying)(ying)當主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)走出(chu)去,主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、熱情為讀(du)者服(fu)(fu)務(wu)。再次要(yao)(yao)(yao)內外聯動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),不(bu)亂動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),相(xiang)(xiang)互協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)配(pei)合(he)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在(zai)館(guan)(guan)內要(yao)(yao)(yao)把各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao),提高效率,增進活力,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)與(yu)校(xiao)內各(ge)學(xue)院部(bu)門聯動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),搞好(hao)資(zi)源(yuan)、環境與(yu)文化建設(she)(she)。同(tong)(tong)(tong)時還要(yao)(yao)(yao)經常與(yu)本系統(tong)、與(yu)兄弟(di)院校(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、專業圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、公共(gong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)加強溝通(tong),交(jiao)流經驗(yan),共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)促進圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)事業的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展。在(zai)復合(he)式(shi)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)型高素質(zhi)高技能(neng)(neng)人才培養模(mo)式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)改革中,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)融入到學(xue)校(xiao)乃至省市、國家的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)大(da)平臺(tai)中去,發(fa)(fa)揮著自身的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。平臺(tai)有(you)變(bian)化,創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)無止(zhi)境。不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)橫向縱(zong)向,不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)內部(bu)外部(bu),不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)主(zhu)體任(ren)務(wu)還是(shi)輔助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)都(dou)(dou)要(yao)(yao)(yao)牢(lao)固樹立協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)意識(shi)(shi)、創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)意識(shi)(shi)、文化育人意識(shi)(shi),做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),做(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)應(ying)(ying)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貢獻(xian)。
