圖(tu)書特(te)有的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)(hua)地位,對(dui)整個社(she)(she)會的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大(da)發展,甚而對(dui)經濟、科(ke)研、社(she)(she)會文(wen)明等(deng)方面(mian)的(de)(de)進步(bu)起(qi)著舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)(de)作用。圖(tu)書館(guan)作為古今中(zhong)外最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)藏書場所(suo)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著特(te)別的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)使命和任務。高校圖(tu)書館(guan)在為教學科(ke)研服務的(de)(de)同(tong)時,更(geng)有著直接(jie)參與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人的(de)(de)重(zhong)要使命。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養(yang)“復合(he)式創新型(xing)高素質高技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才”,是新時(shi)期對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校提出的(de)新要求,符合(he)市場對新型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才的(de)新變化,也切合(he)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才未來(lai)發(fa)展的(de)方向。全(quan)面(mian)推(tui)進“文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復合(he)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)模式改革,對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校的(de)發(fa)展與教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提出了(le)新的(de)挑戰(zhan),也說明了(le)新型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)育(yu)的(de)復雜性。作為傳統的(de)文化主體(ti)部門(men)、教(jiao)學輔助單位,圖(tu)書(shu)館理當主動(dong)參與到(dao)文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作中(zhong)。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實(shi)“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的人才培養理(li)念,一方(fang)面要(yao)求圖書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華拓展,衍進到(dao)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進而推動書香校(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,另一方(fang)面也從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的角(jiao)度對圖書館的具(ju)體工作提出了新的要(yao)求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根(gen)基。資源(yuan)建設是圖書館永恒的(de)主題(ti),今后應(ying)有(you)三個(ge)轉(zhuan)變,一是重(zhong)視(shi)資源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是重(zhong)點抓好特色(se)資源(yuan)建設。圖書資源(yuan)建設實則是文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)建設,是書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基礎。為(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)資源(yuan)的(de)針(zhen)對(dui)性(xing)、有(you)效(xiao)性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se),應(ying)進一步與學校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外(wai)單位(wei)合(he)(he)作,加強(qiang)合(he)(he)作資源(yuan)、特色(se)資源(yuan)建設,加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)如職(zhi)(zhi)業素養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏,一旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就進行(xing)歸納(na)整理,集(ji)中收(shou)藏,建立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采(cai)購中,應(ying)有(you)意識地(di)進行(xing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)采(cai)購,形(xing)成(cheng)特色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書。也可發揮(hui)博物(wu)館功能(neng),收(shou)集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資料(liao)、非物(wu)質遺產,接(jie)受私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)藏品,形(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)數據庫(ku)或(huo)特藏室(shi)。
2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館是(shi)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統(tong)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡(jian)單,而現代(dai)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing)(xing),通(tong)過服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生,通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)(yao)做到服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日(ri)常(chang)應(ying)建立一(yi)套基本的(de)(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀者需求(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系(xi),在(zai)此基礎上,要(yao)(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重(zhong)點團隊在(zai)縱深層次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)教學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)(xing)需求(qiu)(qiu),其次(ci)要(yao)(yao)在(zai)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功(gong)夫(fu),引(yin)進新(xin)技(ji)術讓服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信、聊天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館、虛擬(ni)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館等,促進與(yu)讀者的(de)(de)(de)信息(xi)交(jiao)流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)師(shi)生(sheng)最(zui)重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集之地(di)。面向未來(lai),我們提出(chu)(chu)除了要(yao)(yao)把圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資(zi)源信息中心之外,還要(yao)(yao)建成(cheng)學習交流(liu)中心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動中心和宣傳(chuan)教育中心,實(shi)現由傳(chuan)統大學圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)、現代、新(xin)型大學圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉型。這種轉型實(shi)際(ji)上賦予(yu)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不(bu)斷拓寬(kuan)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動平臺,成(cheng)為學校(xiao)(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠(qu)道。近年(nian)來(lai),圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)做(zuo)好常規服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大量(liang)舉(ju)辦主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推(tui)介、閱讀沙龍、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競(jing)賽和技能比賽等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率(lv),通過教師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與(yu)學生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)建立了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),并且(qie)走出(chu)(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合(he)教學活動或(huo)師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專題(ti)活動,開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。
