[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋(song)李翔,中(zhong)共黨員,數(shu)創學(xue)院學(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦負責(ze)人(ren)。雖說是今(jin)年(nian)初從管理(li)學(xue)院輪崗來到數(shu)創學(xue)院,但從進校伊(yi)始,宋(song)李翔已在學(xue)生管理(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗位(wei)辛勤耕耘九個年(nian)頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)中(zhong)品(pin)格優秀、勤勉擔(dan)當、經驗(yan)豐富的中(zhong)堅力量。

宋李(li)翔老師工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢(gan)于(yu)擔當(dang),身先士卒,高度(du)自律(lv)。每(mei)天(tian)早上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最(zui)后(hou)(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離(li)開辦(ban)公室,關(guan)愛團隊成員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍內部(bu)建設(she),通過(guo)專(zhuan)題研討、團隊成員談(tan)心談(tan)話、團隊活動等方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦(ban)營(ying)造出(chu)團結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)實地(di)檢(jian)查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang),及時(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反饋早晚修(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang)。積極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走(zou)訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)(zuo)談(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲(sheng)音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開展主(zhu)題教育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)(zuo)談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人次(ci),宿舍走(zou)訪4次(ci)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和(he)培養特點,有針對性(xing)的(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動育(yu)(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人理念落實到(dao)位(wei)。同(tong)時(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)(hou)進的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄(qi)引導教育(yu)(yu)(yu),而是通過(guo)嚴要求(qiu),敢(gan)碰(peng)硬的(de)(de)態度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長、班主(zhu)任、輔導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)進行(xing)后(hou)(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)引導。羅馬城不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團隊建設(she)也不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通過(guo)嚴于(yu)律(lv)己的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)正能量的(de)(de)積極傳遞才能讓(rang)新(xin)時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)(de)建設(she)與時(shi)俱進,勇往直前。
