[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔,中(zhong)共黨(dang)員,數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦負(fu)責人(ren)。雖說是今年初從(cong)管(guan)理(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從(cong)進(jin)校伊始,宋李翔已在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理(li)工作(zuo)崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘九個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍中(zhong)品(pin)格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富(fu)的(de)中(zhong)堅力量。

自“不忘(wang)初心,牢記(ji)使命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作開展(zhan)以來(lai),宋李翔(xiang)積極響應校黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)院黨(dang)總支的號(hao)召,根據學(xue)校黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)院有關“不忘(wang)初心,牢記(ji)使命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育(yu)統一部署和(he)安排(pai),積極組織學(xue)院學(xue)生支部的各項工(gong)作,將黨(dang)建工(gong)作與學(xue)生日(ri)常工(gong)作同部署、共落實(shi)(shi),找準基層黨(dang)支部建設的重(zhong)點,扎實(shi)(shi)推進各項工(gong)作的開展(zhan),工(gong)作中以身作則、身先士卒、貼(tie)近學(xue)生、貼(tie)近工(gong)作實(shi)(shi)際、貼(tie)近工(gong)作隊(dui)伍,服(fu)務于學(xue)生成長成才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)生黨(dang)支部書(shu)記(ji)應有的風(feng)采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔老師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔當,身先士卒,高度(du)自律。每(mei)天早上提前一(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開始(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開辦公(gong)室,關愛團隊成(cheng)員(yuan),注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍內(nei)部(bu)建設(she),通過專(zhuan)題研討、團隊成(cheng)員(yuan)談心(xin)談話、團隊活(huo)動等方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團結(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉獻的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周(zhou)2次(ci)實(shi)地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情況,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)反(fan)饋早晚(wan)修情況。積極通過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談話、走訪(fang)宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談等形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動態(tai),及(ji)時(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解(jie)難。自開展主題教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談話80人次(ci),宿舍(she)走訪(fang)4次(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能(neng)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業(ye)和培(pei)養特(te)點(dian),有針對(dui)性(xing)的(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活(huo)動育(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)人理念落實(shi)到位(wei)。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不(bu)放棄引(yin)導(dao)教育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)通過嚴(yan)要(yao)求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)引(yin)導(dao)。羅馬(ma)城(cheng)不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團隊建設(she)也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有通過嚴(yan)于(yu)律己的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和正能(neng)量(liang)的(de)(de)積極傳(chuan)遞才能(neng)讓新時(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)建設(she)與(yu)時(shi)(shi)俱進(jin)(jin),勇(yong)往直前。
